Sales Manager IT

The candidate would be responsible for Software, solution sales and Lead generation alongwith following responsibilities:

  • Grows new and existing accounts and manages the entire sales cycle from start to finish for delivery of customized business solutions to clients.
  • Identifies and implements innovative business development and sales strategies to increase company profitability by fully leveraging product/service offerings of company's horizontal and vertical markets.
  • Provides support to upper management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development or alliance development projects.
  • Develops and validates viable business models for business partnerships and acquisitions.
  • Drives the sales focus in the organization by ensuring uniform and robust processes to identify, track, pursue, and win deals and coordinating the client planning, pipeline, systems and training processes for the relevant business unit.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of the win strategy beginning with pre-Request for Proposal (RFP) activities.
  • Focuses on building and leading the business pursuit team with extraordinary leadership skills required to direct senior staff in leveraging companywide wide capabilities and expertise.
  • Focuses on the objectives of increasing revenue and margin, balancing risk in the acquisition phase and the execution phase.
  • Coordinates the required management reviews of proposal and contract documents in compliance with the approval authority.
  • Plans, coordinates, and prepares proposals in response to proposal requests, ensuring that proposal submissions are compliant with applicable instructions and requirements.
  • Ensures agreed upon elements are incorporated into a cohesive and persuasive format. Reviews proposal requests to determine feasibility and potential costs to the company.
  • Reviews proposals for products and service opportunities to determine proposal feasibility and researches and analyzes historical data to ensure that adequate support is provided in the proposal development process.
